The focal point and largest ballroom will accommodate up to 550 seated. Galas, general sessions, tradeshows and wedding receptions utilize this space regularly. This ballroom can be divided into three smaller rooms and when connects to the Legacy Ballroom. This flexible space is limited only by your imagination!
Our second largest function space is ideal for smaller wedding receptions, conferences and banquets. It also has access to the Grand Ballroom annex for additional footprint making it ideal for a break station or buffet.
The Auditorium features tiered seats for maximum visibility and an oversized stage for a wide variety of setups and audio-visual equipment included. Built-in writing desks fold up for easy note-taking. This room can accommodate 356 with fixed seating and up to 450 with additional chairs in the back .
Oak enjoys floor to ceiling windows and overlooks a private garden with fountain. It can be divided into two rooms and is wonderful small gatherings of all types. Both Oak entrances feature USB and Power stations so attendees can stay charged and enjoy their breaks.
The Terrace room features three sets of French doors accessing the pool terrace. It’s the optimal place for an indoor/outdoor affair and can be divided into three smaller rooms perfect for meeting breakouts.
Azalea is a convenient space for a small gathering. Built-in break stations allows food and beverage service without interruption.
Longleaf is a wonderful space for a small banquet or meeting. Built-in break stations allow for seamless service.
The Boardroom features glass walls which can be slid open to create an ideal space for conference registration or closed for a private meeting. It features a configurable table with comfortable, high-back leather executive chairs. The 55 inch monitor is perfect for presentations and the hardwood floor adds a level of sophistication to this premier space near the lobby.
Named after the state flower, Camellia is a wonderful space for a small gathering. Built-in break stations allow breaks to be served all day without interruption.
Monarch is an ideal office for larger conferences and is adjacent to the Grand Ballroom.
