Basketball Game Stay

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

My son and I recently visited Auburn to attend the Auburn vs Kentucky basketball game. We were also visiting our daughter, who is a freshman at the university. Not only was it a great game, but he hotel and staff were exceptional. The staff at check in were very nice and helpful. The valet parking was great. They were very nice, engaging, and quick to retrieve our vehicle. I have stayed at many hotels were valet parking was a nightmare, taking 20-30 minutes to retrieve a vehicle. Not here! We had a vehicle within minutes of walking down. The whole trip was great and The Hotel at Auburn University was an integral part of making the experience great. War Eagle!

Outstanding-Never Staying Anywhere Else

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

The staff was awesome. The facilities five star. We had a suite and comfortably slept 4 adults and a dog with the comfy pull out couch. separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, deep soaking tub, and plenty of room. Great free restaurant style breakfast. Free sodas, coffee, OJ, snacks on the suite level (basically all you want). Very pet friendly and walk to everything Auburn. Great price too. First time staying, and will never stay anywhere else! And bonus, we beat LSU! WDE!

They know how to "HOTEL"!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

I have stayed in many hotels and in many places. The Hotel At Auburn University was the most exceptional hotel I'd ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The room was very clean, no mold hiding in the grout. Enough towels and washcloths too. Overall, an excellent experience. Most hotels these days don't leave enough linen's, certainly aren't as friendly and rarely very helpful, The Hotel At Auburn University?? They have mastered all of them. Thank you to the staff for making my experience memorable.

Excellent hotel in downtown Auburn

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

We stayed at this hotel for a date night getaway in an Executive Suite. The hotel was immaculate and gorgeous. Staff was friendly and helpful--we forgot a corkscrew for the wine we brought to the room and someone was up within 10 minutes to open it for us! The suite was fantastic. The large soaking tub (with bath salts), comfortable bed, Nespresso machine/wet bar area, and smart TV's with one-click automatic sign out on all accounts (Netflix, etc.) were all highlights. The executive level also has a very well stocked refreshment room that has a Keurig, fruits/pastries, water bottles, sparkling water, sodas, etc. conveniently available. We went just before Christmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully (including a cute Gingerbread village display).

The restaurant (Ariccia) was delicious. Breakfast is included if you stay in a suite and it was delicious. Dinner was even better. The ambiance was very cozy and perfect for our date night.

The hotel is also conveniently located right across the street from Auburn University and only a 1 block walk to the downtown shops/restaurants. We walked to The Hound for an appetizer and drinks and it was about a 7 minute walk.

Overall, fantastic experience. We will be back!

One of the best hotels I have stayed at...

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

The receptionists are the best I have ever dealt with. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life (about 600-700) and this one truly deserves a 5 star review.

Lots of lovely Christmas trees around the lobbies. Lots of extra space and meeting rooms. Business center near the lobby. Pastry shop in the hotel. Restaurant with a great international menu. Great meeting rooms. Hotel rooms are quiet, clean, comfy. Nespresso in your room, lots of choices. Some of the best espresso I have ever had.

Staff is respectful, decent, quiet, educated, and with a yes-I-can-help you attitude. They make it possible for you to relax and ask any questions you may have, which is rare. They make you feel valued, complimented, appreciated, respected.

Free HBO, great TV channels, climate control was perfect.

Excellence and High Class!

The new upgrades are much more appealing. The beds are ultra comfortable. My husband loved the Nespresso coffee machine. The feel of the entire building is much more luxurious. The front desk staff were welcoming. The valet was efficient and welcoming. All around great stay. And of course I will be back. War Eagle!

Lovely atmosphere with fantastic staff!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Lovely atmosphere with fantastic staff and clean rooms with tasteful decor and a cafe and restaurant also on site. Such a lovely atmosphere at this hotel! The building itself and its beautiful lobby and tastefully done rooms are so welcoming and relaxing. It’s close location to Auburn University and the amenities of delicious food and drink at the cafe and restaurant were wonderful! This was the perfect place for us to stay! Wish we could’ve stayed longer and definitely will return…

You forget you are in Auburn and think that you are in Vegas!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

5 star hotel that can complete with any of the 5 star hotels in Vegas. They even have fragrances permeating throughout the interior and exterior of the building. The staff was great and the facility offered great food and snack opportunities, just like in Vegas!

Longtime customer

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

This facility is meticulously maintained and has the friendliest staff of any hotel in which I have stayed. The rooms, lobbies, fitness center and convention facilities are always clean and comfortable. The restaurant is outstanding and has some of the best food in Auburn. My wife and I always choose this hotel anytime we are in Auburn. It is also pet friendly and my Boston Terrier loves the facility and the staff.

Exceptional Hotel

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars

Very pleasant and helpful staff--like they had been trained at Disney AND Chick-fil-a! The room was outstanding with an extremely comfortable bed and a great shower (two of my favorite things!). I've paid much more for places that weren't near this nice or clean or friendly.
