Art of Coffee Tasting
Immerse yourself in an engaging and sensory-driven coffee experience designed for both casual coffee lovers and passionate home enthusiasts. Our guided session offers an interactive journey into the world of specialty coffee, from its origins and processing methods to brewing recommendations and flavor exploration. Participants will be guided through a professional cupping session featuring coffees roasted onsite by Thrive Here @ Auburn in the Tony and Libba Rane Culinary Science Center. During this tasting, they will learn how to describe coffee’s unique aromas and flavors, as well as connecting those attributes back to the cultivation and roasting techniques for each coffee. Participants will enjoy a featured bag of freshly roasted coffee from Thrive Here @ Auburn to brew at home.
