Do you have WiFi?

Our hotel near Auburn University's campus offers FREE WiFi to all guests. WiFi is available in the guest rooms, public space and conference center.

What amenities are included in your rooms?

Standard amenities included in all guest rooms are a microwave, mini fridge, cordless phone, LCD TV, premium coffee maker, hair dryer, Bluetooth clock radio and complimentary WiFi.

Do you offer parking?

Yes, the hotel offers both self-parking and valet. Overnight self-parking is $10 per night and overnight valet parking is $15 per night. Guests dining in Ariccia & Piccolo receive complimentary valet parking. Special event pricing applies during Auburn Home Football weekends

Do you offer room service?

Yes, room service is available daily from 6:30AM to Midnight. We also have an on-site restaurant, Ariccia, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Our espresso bar, H.C. Valentine offers grab and go items from 6:00AM to 11:00AM Monday through Friday and 7:00AM to 11:00PM Saturday and Sunday.

Do you have a fitness center?

Yes, our fitness center is open 24 hours a day and located on the 2nd floor. Our equipment includes two treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, free weights and a weight training machine.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes! The hotel offers 10 pet-friendly rooms located on the 2nd floor for our four-legged travelers. The A·T patio is also pet-friendly however dogs must be on a leash. The hotel also partners with the Auburn University Vet Clinic to offer a special rate for pets under going treatment. We understand that caring for a sick pet can be difficult and we want the hotel to feel like your home away from home. 

Do you have a pool?

Yes, The Hotel at Auburn University pool can be enjoyed from 7:00AM to 10:00PM daily.

Do you have ADA rooms?

We have four ADA rooms with roll-in showers that are wheel chair accessible. Additionally, we have six rooms that are ADA accessible that have handrails in the bathtub. All ADA rooms have one King Bed. Please contact reservations at (334) 821-8200 for more information.

Are charging stations for electric cars available?

Yes, we are the only hotel in the area that offers electric car charging stations. The hotel has one on-site which is complimentary for guests.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Connecting rooms are available upon request but are not guaranteed. A limited number of Deluxe King rooms connect to Superior Doubles. However, adjoining rooms can also be requested at the time of reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer shuttle service?

While school is in session, Auburn University's Tiger Transit is available for our guests from 7:00AM to 6:00PM during the Spring and Fall Semesters and 7:00AM and 5:00PM during the Summer Semester. The hotel is on the Plum Line and available by request only. Call (334) 844-4018 to request pick up from the hotel. For transportation to the airport, Groome Transportation picks up and drops off at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Do you offer laundry service?

Same day laundry service is available Monday through Friday (except on holidays). If laundry is dropped off prior to 8:00AM, it will be returned by 6:00PM the same day.

Is smoking allowed at the hotel?

We are a smoke-free facility. By city ordnance, smoking is only allowed more than 10 feet away from any entrance into the building.

Do you have a spa?

The Hotel at Auburn does not have a spa. Our staff is more than happy to assist you in finding a nearby spa.


Do you offer luggage assistance?

Yes, our bellmen are happy to assist you with your luggage whether you are checking in or out. You can call the front desk from your room to have a bellmen sent to your room.

What time is check-in and check-out

Standard check-in time is 3:00PM, however you may process your check-in upon arrival and store your luggage at the Bell Desk until your room is ready. Our standard check-out time is 12:00PM. Please note that late checkout requests are based upon availability on the date of departure. Additional charges may apply.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Reservations can be cancelled without fee until noon the day prior to check-in. After 12:00PM the day prior to check-in, the guest will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.

I booked through a third party travel site. How can I make changes to my reservation?

Any reservations made through Online Travel Agents (,, Expedia, etc.) must complete all changes through the party that the reservation was made originally. .

Do you charge for early departure?

If you check out before 4:00PM on the day prior to your scheduled check-out date there is a $75.00 early departure fee. If you leave after 4:00PM you will be charged the full night’s room rate and tax.

I would like something delivered to my room. How do I do this?

The hotel offers a variety of custom amenities which can be delivered to your room prior to arrival or during your stay. Please contact our Guest Relations Coordinator to inquire about our in-house special amenities. Hotel guests can also order groceries and personal care items through our partner, FetchMe Delivery. You can order online or download the app which allows you to communicate directly with your Fetcher for updates on your order. For more information visit their FAQ page. 

What do I need to check-in?

A government issued photo ID must be presented at check-in and must match the name on the reservation. Driver’s Licenses, Passports, and Non-Driver Identification Cards are all acceptable forms of IDs. If a reservation is made directly through the hotel, a credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation but will not be charged. At check-in, the full stay’s room and tax plus $50 for incidentals will be authorized. At check-out, the credit card will be charged and any remaining incidental fee will be returned to the card within 5-7 business days.
