Holiday Parties

The Hotel at Auburn University is the ideal setting for your holiday party. With a variety of private event space we can accommodate both large & intimate gatherings. Experienced staff will assist with planning and customizing your event to fit your budget.

Thursday, November 24        10:30am · 1:00pm

Gather the family for the hotel’s Thanksgiving Brunch Buffet in the Ballroom on November 24. Seating times are from 10:30am to 1:00pm. Brunch features a market table with assorted salads, an omelet station, waffle bar and shrimp & grits bar. Roasted butternut squash soup, biscuits & gravy, cornbread stuffing, and green bean casserole will also be featured on the Thanksgiving buffet. Roasted prime rib and turkey will be available at the carving block and don’t forget to indulge in the dessert buffet which includes pecan pie, apple pie, cheesecake and more.

Let our chefs do the cooking this Thanksgiving and enjoy a special three course dinner in A·T. Begin your meal with butternut squash soup with crab and sugar snap peas before digging into a stuffing breaded turkey leg with sweet potato mash and cranberry sauce. Complete your Thanksgiving dinner with pumpkin cranberry cheesecake with cinnamon whipped cream and fresh berries. The special three course menu will be available for $35 per person in addition to their a la carte menu.

Gather around the fire pit on the A*T patio to sip on hot chocolate while building your own gourmet s’more with smorgasbord of toppings.

Experience A•T’s new Chef's Table where guests can enjoy a special family style dinner crafted by the culinary team. Dinner is $39 per person for 6 to 10 people. Reservations are required and based on availability. Please contact A•T at (334) 844-5140 to make your reservation.


Join us for the unveiling of the largest Gingerbread Village in East Alabama in the conference center of the hotel on December 8th. After watching the Auburn Christmas Parade, come enjoy complimentary cookies and hot chocolate while admiring the 2016 village. The Gingerbread Village will be on display in the pre-function foyer until the start of the new year.

Guests will be guided through the proper methods of mixing cocktails and will have the opportunity to prepare classic holiday cocktails. Experience the magic of the holiday season by creating your very own Gingerbread House.  Our culinary team will assist your child in assembling and decorating a Gingerbread House. December 24 & 25 | 5:30pm-9:00pm

Let our culinary team do the holiday cooking and enjoy a delicious four course dinner in A•T. Start your

meal with a brussels radicchio salad followed by a squash soup with toasted pecans and pesto. For the

main course, enjoy pork tenderloin with blue grits, collard greens, and finished with a truck stop honey demi. Finally, indulge in a dessert featuring local pears that have been cooked in a cinnamon pinot noir reduction and served with triple vanilla bean ice cream.
