The Food and Beverage Director will manage all facets of our food & beverage service business at the property, including kitchen, restaurant, banquets and cater outs along with our unique teaching opportunities with the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at Auburn University. The Food and Beverage Director will assist with teaching our Practicum Course in the hotel each semester along with guest lecturing in the classroom of the HRMT Program. While this position is responsible for daily operations, and teaching, it also requires a creative, strategic thinker who leads our staff in developing, piloting and implementing new dimensions in service standards and product delivery reliability for all of our worldwide West Paces managed, Independent, Solis and/or Capella Hotels and Resorts.
