4 -6 years of Luxury Hotel F&B Background. International experience and Bilingual Proficiency Preferred. The Food and Beverage Director will manage all facets of our food & beverage service business at the property, including kitchen, restaurant, banquets and cater outs along with our unique teaching opportunities with the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program at Auburn University. The Food and Beverage Director will assist with teaching our Practicum Course in the hotel each semester along with guest lecturing in the classroom of the HRMT Program. While this position is responsible for daily operations, and teaching, it also requires a creative, strategic thinker who leads our staff in developing, piloting and implementing new dimensions in service standards and product delivery reliability for all of our worldwide West Paces managed, Independent, Solis and/or Capella Hotels and Resorts.

Banquet Server- Part Time

Must have basic knowledge of food & beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Basic knowledge of English language sufficient to understand supervisor instructions, product labels and inquiries from guests. Banquet Chef- Full Time

Responsibilities will include the planning, prepping and setting up and providing quality service in all areas of banquet production to include all food produced for a banquet function. The Banquet Chef is responsible for the entire function including cold food and desserts. Scheduling of employees. Ensuring proper receiving, storage (including temperature-setting) and rotation of food products so as to comply with Health Department regulations.
